SATA disk for my operating envirnments to live on while the PATA disk will serve as file storage. The rather quick demise of my 120GB IBM disk has pushed me to move forward with this upgrade sooner than I had wanted. However, to offset that, I'm not going RAID so only one of each - I can always go RAID and buy additional units when I'm a little more flush.
