Just when I'm thinking my car is doing just fine, something else goes wrong. On the way home today, it decided to sound like a sports car hyped up to the hilt. Whilst I kinda like the deep booming roar of a powerful engine - this was a little too much. It's probably due to a hole in the exhaust near the engine. Speaking with Rover, whilst there is still seven months left on my three year warrantee - the exhaust is only covered for the first year. Typical. First thing tomorrow morning I'll pop around to the local tire & exhaust garage, hoping it is something that can be fixed quickly and not cost the earth.
