Knoppix

Hey, just trying out Knoppix (a Linux distro), which boots & runs directly from the CD! It loads itself into memory and has a whole suite of applications ready to use. The main purpose of having such a facility would be for recovery or, with the STD release, security concerns. What's also great, is that right now, I'm in Knoppix as it has connected to our Windows network - so without any seutp, I'm able to use the Internet.

In other news, my sister is now here...and is currently eating an egg&bacon butty...which smells wonderful. Unfortunatly, I've only just eaten and the want for food while feeling full is making me feel odd. Urgh. Well it's nice to have her back anyway :).
