Sun, sun and more sun...

Today has been, as has most of this week, absolutely stunning. This morning I took Meg out for a good run on the Moor. The ground was sparkling as if I were walking on a carpet of diamonds, as the sun shone on the morning dew. Pretty stuff, though perhaps something more enjoyable when you've got a beautiful woman on your arm to admire it with. Cooked myself far too much lunch and ate more of it than I should have done...hence this afternoon is even more lazy than usual. Following suit, Meg is flat out on the floor after her walk and then helping me clear some of my lunch with her leftover biscuits from breakfast. Well it's that or have her give me the "I've not eaten in WEEKS don't you love me?!" look when leftovers end up in the bin. Heehee...

Seems criminal to be indoors in this weather, however I'm still suffering for Thursday and wasn't very well last night so this morning's walkies was enough for me today.
