Active day.
This morning my sister and I drove out towards the Princetown area of Dartmoor and gave not only Meg, though also ourselves, a good workout - scrambling up a rocky hill and jumping over streams. Meg loved it. We sat on top of one of the rock piles on the hills and looked out over miles of...more rocks...and sheep!
We decided to go see Fahrenheit 911 at the cinema this afternoon, which was really interesting and certainly well worth the effort. Afterwards we stopped off for food and I put my car through a carwash because it was filthy. Considering it's Summer time, we've had a lot of very heavey rain and driving on the moors when it's wet isn't a good combination if you're gonna get upset about your car turning into a sod of mud.
This evening I treated myself and ordered a new graphics card ((Asus V9980 which uses the nVidia GeForceFX5950 Ultra chipset)) and a new DVD-RW drive ((Plextor PX-712A)). My sister inherits my old nVidia GeForce3 card which will replace her current card...the nVidia TNT2 Ultra that she inheritted when I upgraded to the GeForce3 three years ago.
