Experimenting with Chaos

Last night Paul set up a new website and forums. The goal being to let anyone who joined, have all the powers they'd need to make it their own. You see all too many sites that claim "this is your community" and it's utter bullshit because at the end of the day, there's one or two people at the top running the show and they're not going to do anything they don't want to. So would this idea work? I thought it would be fun but didn't waste any time making it clear that code kiddie wannabe administrators would soon riegn chaos...and hey, that's just what happened. By the time I was up this morning, the site forums were dead thanks to a n00b on a power rush. I guess Paul will try again, though it certainly goes to show that you simply can't run an open free-for-all community on the Internet. Give a n00b an inch and he'll destroy the world...
