The list!

Remember those cowboys my firm have contracted to maintain our computer systems? Well after getting fed-up with things going wrong having done so, I've been appointed the task of drawing up a list of things to do for these total newbies. Fitting new connectors to the end of the UDP cable the LAN uses, which they've done so badly that computers have started dropping off the LAN, will be their top priority. A child could have done better.
