Oh dear... :(

First the good news. Rover actually called me at 1600 to confirm the car was ready for collection, which is a first considering I normally have to chase them for information.

So onto the bad news. Combined, the MOT and three year service have totalled £330. Rover explained to me there was an oil leak but whilst they've fixed it, it might not be fixed ((work that out)) so I may need to get it sorted out again in the future. Great, just what I want to hear. Perhaps the mechanics are a branch of the same group of monkeys that our office now contracts to maintain the computers. Unlike computers though, I know nothing of the inner workings of a car so I'm left a little fustrated at being told this.

Come the end of the month, I'll have the insurance to think about too. Oh the joys of owning a car...
