Paul leaving and stuff...

Later this morning I'll be taking Paul into Plymouth to catch his train back home. It's been a good few days and we seem to get on as well in person as we do online. I'm certainly pleased we decided to meet up at long last.

There was confusion yesterday over the status of my Half-Life 2 order. Seems now that they cancelled the order because the credit card I used at the time has expired. This morning I phoned to give them my new expiry date and we're away - should arrive tomorrow morning. I'd have left it and gone into Tavistock to buy it if I knew of a shop that would have had it in. Not quite going to go into Plymouth to buy it, only to come back...then go in again later on. No biggie...

iDarkSide forums are doing well. Paul has bought a licence for IPB now and I've bought two skins for it. We may be getting a couple of upgrades at a later date. People seem to like where we're going, which now leaves me with the task of completing our new portal pages, which I hope to have running in Jan/Feb 2005. We'll just have to see how things pan out.

Meg developed a bad limp during the evening yesterday. We're none of us too sure what she'd done, however, it's much much better today so hopefully she'll be good come tomorrow.

I'll be going into college later today, once I've dropped Paul off at the station. I've not missed much, only two lectures this morning and I'd cleared it with the staff anyway. With any luck I'll finally get a decision on my thesis work so far! At least, I'd better - getting tired of waiting since we should have known two or three weeks ago.
