Time...

Goodness me, where is the time going? *gasp*

Well it's Tuesday and early Saturday morning I'm leaving for Newport. Over the next few days I'll be packing up ready, not that there's a huge amount of stuff I plan to take with me to University. Let's see: clothes, toiletries, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, bedding, iron, kettle... essentials like that. On top of these things will be my computer, laptop, cameras, music CDs, books and umm... yeah... maybe a desk lamp and a fan. Dad is lending me the portable TV from his study because my TV is a 24" and would probably take up too much space in my dormitory. To be honest, that should be all I need. Home isn't a million miles away...

eeeee, nervous

My finances have been arranged for quite some time now. That had to be sorted well in advance...so things like my tuition fees, loan and grant are sorted. I've paid the bond on my apartment. The other day I organised insurance for my belongings and a tv licence. I've paid up for internet access to my room and two books of food coupons for use on campus, y'know... to buy food.

What I need to do today, probably once I've finished writing this journal, is go buy a new bag - a rucksack style thing. Aaaand a new key ring! Oh yes, these things are very important don't you know.

To close, my car... *sniff* ...my car has gone up for sale The ad went in last Thursday and the sooner it's sold for the asking price, the better. I kinda need the money towards my living costs and to pay Dad back what he loaned me to have the cars' head gasket replaced.
