A guest

Paul came over this weekend because it turned out he was on duty last Sunday. We spent a good deal of time chatting about his work and my new life here at University. Getting together with Paul means an evening in the local downing a few pints of Guinness followed by fish and chips. I hadn't actually touched anything alcoholic since we last met so it was a shock to the system. As ever though, no hang-over the next morning. But it's true what they say, a pint of Guinness is like drinking a meal - I couldn't eat all day Sunday following our little session!

Anywho, it has been an enjoyable couple of days :)
