PowerUser.TV
One of my favorite weekly podcasts is PowerUser.TV with Kristen Hatcher, Derek Batting, Tom Chick, and Brad Wardell. The discussions tend around technology related news. A couple of weeks ago Derek posted to Neowin.net quietly advertising a short test of their Skype answering phone service. This was in preperation for allowing listeners to call in and have questions answered by the group. I thought up a question and made the call.
In last week's podcast the service was officially announced and this week they had their first listener question. Me! Had I known my call was the first they'd recieved I may have thought up a slightly more interesting, less obvious point for discussion. Mind you, it's not as though I care too much because it was overidingly cool hearing myself while listening to my favorite podcast. Just a shame my usually crisp and clear connection seemed to be playing up, as the recording wasn't brilliant (probably heavy traffic on the LAN).
