Presentation Success

Before I forget to follow this up: the presentations went very well today. And I mean not only for myself but everyone. You always expect to have that one person who really screws up but while there were a couple of dodgy moments, overall everything went great. I amazed myself with my own presentation at just how well I managed to recall my script - so didn't need to look at it! I tried the old method of playing back a recording of it in my sleep and have to admit it works a real charm. Nerves aside, I really enjoyed today and it was fun seeing everyone making an effort to dress up for the occasion.

I'm now in limbo until this Friday... and then again until next Friday. Second semester starts 30th Jan so I've been trying to rally a couple of folks into hooking up with me to go out and do something. Hopefully I'm not being a nuisance!
